This Cancellation Policy covers how to change or cancel a Rent & Go reservation and how any refunds are handled.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from “My reservation” on the site, or by calling us at (787) 568-5855. A cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice is greatly appreciated.
Late-cancellation fee
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one (1) full day's rate.
Cancellations with 24 hours' notice or more are not charged.
